That’s where Meals on Wheels steps in, offering relief to older adults and caregivers by delivering reliable, nutritious meals on a weekly basis. Our friendly drivers bring satisfying, well-balanced meals directly to the homes of older adults.
Eligibility & Program Details
Ready to raise some money? The City Saver Coupon Book fundraiser helps you raise funds you need, helps your community save money and supports local merchants. This is a home phone wireless device with following feature.1) Unlimited local and long distance calling minutes. At SoundEffects+ you find over 5000 free sound effects recorded, designed and produced by a team of our audio professionals. Our team owns the copyrights to all the sound effects on this website and you can safely to use them in your projects.
Our program accepts King County, WA residents aged 60 or more, who have difficulty shopping or cooking.
For those under 60, a private pay option is available at the cost of $7 per meal.

- See our list of menu items. Options include vegetarian, vegan, low-sodium, kosher, and halal-certified, upon request.
- Order 7-14 meals per week.
- Meals are delivered once per week by a friendly driver.
- Meals arrive frozen and packaged in trays to be heated in a microwave or conventional oven.
How to Apply
Applicants can choose to submit an application online or complete a print-out version and mail it in to our main downtown office. Please submit one application per person. We will contact you as soon as your application is reviewed.
Mobile Market
Mobile Market is a component of our Meals on Wheels program. We provide fresh groceries and liquid supplements to homebound older adults at competitive prices with no delivery fee. This makes it easier for older adults, who can no longer shop for themselves, live well and remain independent. To apply for Mobile Market, please fill out the above Meals on Wheels application.
Eligibility & Program Details
Individuals living anywhere in King County may order liquid supplements, such as Ensure. For those living within Seattle city limits, a wide variety of grocery products may be ordered. Products can be ordered on their own or as part of a Meals on Wheels order.

Enrolling in online banking is simple. Follow these easy steps:
- Select Enroll from the home page or go right to the login page.
- Enter Social Security Number, Account Number and Email Address. Click Continue.
- Complete Personal Information Fields and click Submit. Please enter your birth date in the following format: MM/DD/YYYY.
- Select Account Type.
- Review and agree to the Online Enrollment Agreement.
- Check your email. You must click the link contained in the verification email within one hour and from the same computer and the same browser you used to complete the enrollment.
